Air Credit
Receive an Insight Vacations Air Credit when booking Last Minute Deals to the value of: $100pp on trips 10 days or less, $200pp on trips 10 - 19 days or $300pp for trips 20+ days. Valid for new bookings made between 06 December 2024 – 03 April 2025 with International Air booked through Insight Vacations departing between 06 December 2024 - 30 Apr 2025 from Australia to Destination. Available on select departures as featured on insightvacations.com as Last Minute Deals. Full payment for the tour is due at time of booking and air payment is due based on the Airline ticketing deadline. Upon payment of air, your flights will be ticketed and airline penalty fees will apply for any further changes/cancellations. Savings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices displayed are per person, based on double occupancy and are in Australian dollars for select departure dates only. Air Credit is combinable with Last Minute Deals only. General Conditions:
Discounts and savings only apply to the land portion of your holiday and are per person based on twin or double occupancy. They are not applicable to extra nights’ accommodation, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and airport transfers. Sometimes more than one discount can apply. Eastern Mediterranean and tours with overnight cruises may have additional restrictions.

Multi-Tour Discount:
Book two tours of seven days or more and save 2.5% on the lower priced tour. Take three tours and save on two. All tours must be booked at the same time and on the same booking number to qualify. Discounts are not combinable with Global Tour Rewards Discounts and do not apply to tours witha duration of 6-days or less, tours that fully operate as cruise and/or train tours (subject to change). Saving only applies to the land portion of the trip, which excludes extra night accommodations, internal air portion of a trip, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and Chargeable Airport Transfers.

Kids & Teens Savings:
Must be aged 5-17 at time of travel and accompanied by at least one adult sharing a twin/double room to receive a discount of up to 10% off the land portion of the tour. Kids & Teens must be under the age of 18 years on the date of departure (limit of one Kids & Teens Savings per room except for Americas where two apply). Not combinable with our Group Booking Benefits 9+.

Group Booking 9+:
Group benefits and applicable discounts apply to Scheduled Departure and Exclusive Departure groups only, booked at the same time and on the same booking number and save up to 5%. Group benefits and discounts do not apply to Custom Groups, flight segments, train holidays, cruises, extensions or any pre/post additions.

Group Booking 9+ are not available on all trips and/or departure dates and are not combinable with Limited Time Offers. Please refer to your group’s contract for further details. Other conditions may apply.

Solo Room Share:
Solo guests have the option to pay the twin/double share rate and be matched with someone of the same gender on many of our itineraries. Guests will be accommodated in non-smoking twin/double rooms.

Past guests of Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations, AAT Kings, Inspiring Journeys, Costsaver and Contiki receive a 5% Global Tour Reward (GTR) discount on any new tour booking with any of the aforementioned brands (Brendan Vacations is only sold in USA and Canada. AAT Kings and Inspiring Journeys are not sold in Asia and South Africa.) The GTR 5% discount is valid on the land portion of the tour and can be used for multiple trips taken within any given year. Discount is not combinable with multiple tour discount, must be applied at the time of booking and is not valid on all trips and/or departures, airfares, surcharges, taxes, extensions, optional experiences, extra night accommodations, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices are per person, land only, based on double occupancy and are subject to change. The 5% GTR discount replaces all previous Past Guest/Frequent Traveller Discounts and is not in addition to. Other conditions may apply.

AU Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter Details

1.1. The promoter of this competition is The Travel Corporation (ABN: 73 000 717 715) located at 35-43 Grafton St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022,

2. Competition Period

2.1. The survey will start at 11:00 PM AEDT on March 05, 2025 and finish at 2:59 PM AEDT on March 12, 2025, the draw will take place on March 26, 2025, and the winner will be notified by March 29, 2025.
2.2. Entries received outside of the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2. Employees, immediate family members, and associated agencies of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
3.3. Entrants must complete the “TTC Customer Insight Survey” in full to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must:
a) Complete the survey available at [Survey Link] during the Promotional Period.
4.2. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4.3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or deemed fraudulent will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

5.1. The prize consists of one (1) $3,000 travel voucher, redeemable with Trafalgar or Insight Vacations.

5.2. The voucher is subject to terms and conditions set by the travel provider and may have blackout dates, expiry, and usage restrictions.
5.3. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1. The draw will take place on March 18, 2025, at 5:00 AM AEST.
6.2. The winner will be selected at random using a computer-generated draw.
6.3. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 business days after the draw.
6.4. If the winner does not claim the prize within 10 days, a redraw will occur on April 18, 2025.

7. Public Announcement & Privacy

7.1. The Promoter will collect and handle personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
7.2. Personal details will only be used for competition administration unless the entrant opts into marketing communications.

8. Liability & Disclaimers
